      1. ) You control the Style Checker options by clicking Tools>Options. Click the Spelling and Style tab. If You want to turn off the Style Checker, click the checkbox to the right of the Check style option to remove the X. Click the Style Options button. Visual clarity refers to the way your text looks on the slide. The options in the Visual Clarity tab provide you with a number of choices regarding the number and sizes of different fonts; in addition, you can double-check the legibility of your text by making sure that you don’t have too many bullets or lines on a slide; the click OK to close the tab and the dialog box.
